How much are the shipping costs? Our shipping costs are €4.95. All packages are sent climate-neutrally via DHL. This means your order will arrive quickly and in an environmentally friendly manner.
How long does the delivery take? Our colleagues in the warehouse are busy packing all packages from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are usually shipped the same day. The average delivery time in Germany is 1-2 days. Some products may require a little longer due to their availability. However, this is explicitly stated on the product detail page.
How can I return my order? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. If there is something wrong with your product or you don't like it, we will cover the cost of returning it. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price.
