How much are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are free from 29 € order value. Before that, they were € 3.99. All packages are sent climate-neutrally via DHL. Your order arrives quickly and in an environmentally friendly way.

How long does the delivery take?
Our colleagues in the warehouse are busy packing all the parcels from Monday to Friday. Usually, orders placed by 1 p.m. are dispatched on the same day. Thus, the average DE delivery time is 2-4 days. Please note that some products require more time due to their availability. Just have a look at the respective product detail page.

How can I return my order?
You can return your order without giving a reason within 30 days of delivery. If something is defective in your product, we will bear the costs for the return. However, as we work climate-consciously, we do not offer a general free return.

How is the clothes rail attached to the ceiling?
Each clothes rail is delivered together with a mounting set. It consists of a hook, dowels and instructions. Here you will find out how you can safely mount the clothes rail on the ceiling. Do not worry! You don't have to be an expert to do this. The clothes rail can be easily attached in a few minutes.
How much weight can the clothes rail carry?
The rail is very stable and can therefore withstand several heavy items of clothing. However, we recommend no more than 30 kg of even weight.
